Yahki Radio respects the intellectual property rights of artists, creators, and copyright holders. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), it is our policy to respond promptly to valid infringement notices and, when appropriate, to remove or disable access to material that infringes upon the rights of copyright owners.
1) Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on yahkiradio.com or in our streaming services without authorization, you may file a DMCA Takedown Notice. Your notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate it.
- Your contact information, including name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2) Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you uploaded or provided to Yahki Radio was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district where you live (or, if outside the U.S., for any district where Yahki Radio may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or their agent.
Counter-Notifications should also be directed to our designated agent at legal@yahkiradio.com.
3) Repeat Infringer Policy
In compliance with the DMCA, Yahki Radio will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to remove or disable access to content at our discretion if it appears to infringe intellectual property rights, with or without notice.
4) Limitation of Liability
Yahki Radio will process DMCA notices and counter-notifications in accordance with applicable law. We are not responsible for content hosted on third-party platforms that may be linked from our website.
5) Policy Updates
This DMCA Copyright Policy may be updated occasionally to reflect changes in the law or our practices. Please review this page regularly to stay informed.
